01. General Policy
Since Goshown is a digital software service and provides a 3-day free trial, we generally do not issue refunds once a paid subscription begins. This allows us to maintain our high-performance cloud infrastructure for all users.
02. Exception Eligibility
We believe in fairness. You may be eligible for a refund if:
- • A technical bug prevents you from using the core builder.
- • You were charged after a verified cancellation request.
- • You are on an Annual plan and request a refund within 14 days.
03. Merchant of Record
All transactions are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. They process the payments, manage global taxes, and handle the final disbursement of any approved refunds.
